Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a fee being charged to your account or forfeiture of any deposits paid.

Payments: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and any other methods indicated on the website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided in cases where services were not rendered due to a fault on our part. No refunds will be given for missed appointments or services fully rendered.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be redeemed before their expiration date.
Promotions: All promotions and special offers are subject to availability and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
