Thank you for choosing To Rest Y’all Souls SPA as your space of relaxation and rejuvenation. When you book an appointment with To Rest Y’all Souls SPA enough time is set aside for you to relax and rejuvenate during your appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment we ask that you do so no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This gives us time to schedule others who want to relax and rejuvenate. Below is our No show/Cancellation policy.
Any client who fails to show/cancel or reschedule and has not contacted our office within 24 hours a second time will be charged a full-service fee.
Effective immediately, any client who fails to show/cancel or reschedule and has not contacted our office within 24 hours will lose your 25% deposit)
The fee is charged to the client and does not include community partners discounts.
As a courtesy when time allows a reminder message will be sent to you.
If no reminder is sent out the above policy is still in effect. We understand that life happens, incidents and emergencies may arise and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.

Refunds will be granted minus any service fees, should the cancellation be done 24 hours or less ahead of the appointment and may take up to 30 days to receive. Refunds will be delivered in the same manner in which the payment was received.
